Refund policy

Every cookie is baked fresh to order, so all sales are final and cookies can't be returned.

Something not right? If you got the wrong cookie, a crushed box or something is missing, text a photo to 631-690-9144 (or send a message here) within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and I'll do my best to make it right, like a replacement or a credit toward your next order.

Need to change your order? Text me before your bake day and I'll do my best to adjust it.

Can't make your pickup? Text me and we'll find another time that weekend.
